Next month is October with Halloween.
Comomg has decided to sell “acorn lanterns” again this year and has begun manufacturing them.
Jack-o-lantern specification of “Acorn Roller”, a wooden toy with an acorn hat that walks cutely on a slope.
The pumpkin hats are available in two colors: orange and green.
If you look closely, you will notice that each color has a different expression.
Both are cute and highly recommended.
Let’s take a look at the manufacturing process.
Unlike regular rolling acorns, there is work involved in shaping them, such as cutting and polishing.

In this photo, a machine called a sponge sander is used to polish the corners of the cut hat to create the unique pumpkin shape of the Au Lantern.

Shaped hats are glued together by hand to create the pumpkin shape.

Hat painted. Once the color was painted, it looked more like a pumpkin.
After this, it is engraved with a laser engraving machine and assembled to completion.
